Agilent’s rough gauge controllers are a cost-effective solution for pressure measurement in the 1 x 10-3 torr to 760 torr range. The RGC-100 and RGC-150 packages include the Thermocouple tube, sensor cables, and power supplies.
These vacuum gauge controllers are a perfect pre-calibrated, turnkey solution in a wide range of applications: general vacuum measurement in the rough vacuum range; monitoring forelines, chamber evacuation, and crossover to high vacuum pumps.

Features
- No calibration required at initial setup: Thermocouple gauge – Agilent 531 – and controller are pre-calibrated as a set at the factory.
- Globally compatible: runs on 100-230 VAC, 50/60 Hz and displays in Torr or mbar (as well as in kPa for RGC-150).
- Easily read from across a room, or in dimly lit locations: large bright LED display.
- Easily integrated (RGC-100): Optional set point control, analog output, RS232 communication.
- Monitor vacuum performance from a remote location (RGC-150): Optional Ethernet connection and software that allows for remote monitoring through a web browser.
