Responsibilities :

• Engage in technical and consultative selling of our extensive product portfolio, focusing on test and measurement solutions, leak detectors, vacuum pumps and vacuum products within assigned accounts or territories.
• Candidates with expertise in Raman analyzer chemical detection system, Raman aviation security systems, and liquid explosive detection systems are encouraged to apply.
• Conduct product demonstrations, provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
• Manage quotation, funnel, forecast, and customer database to ensure effective sales pipeline management.
• Develop sales strategies, sales activities plan and proactively exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in new industries to expand customer base.
• Proactively engage in cold calling and diligently follow up on quoted enquiries.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and foster close relationships with key customers.
• Drive revenue growth through value-based selling and upselling services.
• Support marketing events, seminars, and other demand creation activities.

Inside Sales Executive

• Develop and qualify new prospect opportunities, working closely with sales management to develop strategies, educate prospects, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and generate a healthy sales pipeline.
• Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting and following up on leads generated through marketing events, seminars, and other demand creation activities.
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers and follow up on quoted enquiries until closure and payment.
• Showcase the value of our offerings through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, Lazada, Shopee, and other eCommerce or social media platforms.
• Create and implement an effective prospecting strategy, including the development of email and call scripts.
• Manage leads, quotations, sales funnel, forecast, and customer information into the company database.
• Conduct research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, generate interest, and create potential opportunities.
• Provide comprehensive information to the sales management team to facilitate well-prepared and qualified demonstrations.
• Attend meetings and demos alongside the technical sales team to acquire the necessary skills for future sales roles.
• Plan sales call activities and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on sales techniques, market trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences to identify valuable business opportunities.
• Actively follow up with vendors on order processing until goods are received.
• Liaise with logistics companies to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
