Originally designed to measure frequency and time in the form of digital clocks, electronic device timers and frequency counters, digital counters have evolved a little since then. Today's models are able to tally almost any circuit-based or digital event.

This impulse counter has a 6-digit digital display and can be reset manually by pushing the button on the front panel. The tough construction is IP30-rated for protection against tools and wires up to 2.5 mm.
