Measure 2 vacuum points of your system – simultaneously monitor your pump and your vacuum system
- Measure your process in the .001 to 760 Torr range | thermocouple sensors best accuracy is between .001 – 6 Torr
-
Range and accuracy for sensors:
- Total Range: 1 millitorr to 760 Torr
- Range with Accuracy: Agilent 531 and 536 Sensors: .001 Torr to 6 Torr
- For rough vacuum measurement, we recommend StrataVac 775i with Piezo sensor for measurement and accuracy from 1 Torr to 775 Torr
- Calibrated—Every STRATAVAC vacuum instrument is calibrated and pretested under actual vacuum against a NIST standard. If you need NIST certification with traceable data included, add this option to your order
- Applications— Vacuum Ovens, Vacuum Furnaces, Vacuum Bagging / Composites, Rotary Evaporation, Laboratory, R&D, Foreline monitoring, distillations, Schlenk line monitoring
- StrataVac vacuum gauge controller with bracket for pole mounting
- Two (2) Sensor Cards to drive the sensors
- TWO (2) Agilent Thermocouple Sensors
- Choose either the Agilent 531 NPT sensor or the Agilent 536 sensor which is available in different vacuum installation interfaces (NW/KF)
- The Agilent 536 sensor is a welded 304 stainless steel version of the 531 with an additional baffle that greatly extends the sensor life. (choose either KF25, KF16, or NPT)
- Plumb the vacuum gauge(s) and valve into your system
- Connect the sensor, power, and I/O cables into STRATAVAC
- Measure vacuum
StrataVac Software: Connect to StrataCapture software by USB port on StrataVac to your laptop.
- Data Graphing and logging: through USB serial using Stratacapture software to display, graph and log vacuum data
